We currently offer US children's sizes in 4 through 9, designed to fit little ones from approximately 12 months up to 4 years old.

To make sizing simpler, our toddler shoes are labeled with a ‘T” (T4, T5, T6, etc) to clearly designate sizes specifically tailored for toddlers, ensuring a perfect fit for every adventure.

Below is our shipping policy for Simples sandals, including estimated delivery times, costs, and regional availability for orders shipped from our Australian warehouse. We currently deliver to Australian addresses only. We’re working hard to expand to Singapore and other international locations soon—stay tuned!

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: First order free otherwise a flat fee of AUD $8.
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days.
  • We Ship Domestically Australia-Wide.

Returns Policy

Our Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your Simples. If something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right—no fuss.

Change of Mind? No Problem.

If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, you’re welcome to return your shoes for a refund or exchange.

Just make sure they’re unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • You’ll receive step-by-step instructions once your return is approved.
  • Please note: Return postage is at your cost unless the item is defective.
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Product Defect? We've Got You.

Our shoes are designed to last—through tumbles, playgrounds, hand-me-downs, and years of wear. But if something doesn’t hold up, we’ll make it right. If there’s any defect in your Simples within 12 months of purchase, we’ll provide a full refund or send you a new pair—no need to return the faulty item.

All we ask is that you send us a quick description (and ideally a photo) of what went wrong so we can understand the issue.
